Being a teenager is hard. Teens need a safe place where they can work on their everyday stressors. Whether that's from school issues or family conflicts. Working on emotional regulation techniques, as well as increasing self-esteem.

Children see their world through their own imagination. We create a playground for them to learn how to express themselves and work through all the scary parts of their own story.

Trauma comes in various forms, big and small. Abuse can often be something we're ashamed of admitting. Finding the core beliefs related to the abuse can help to overcome the internal pain we feel.
