Who We Are

Healing Feathers was founded on the belief that every person is unique and that your healing journey should reflect that. While many of us share in similar life experiences, no two stories are the same. That's why we approach therapy with deep respect for each individuals journey.

The meaning behind a feather holds significance across many cultures. It represents communication, strength, worthiness, faith and freedom - the ability to release what we've carried and reconnect with ourselves in a new way. This symbolism is woven into the heart of our work and the healing process we support every day.
Our Approach

At Healing Feathers, our goal is to support meaningful, last change through a holistic approach - treating both the mind and the body. We offer trauma therapy, located in Salt Lake City using a blend of evidence-based practices and mindful, integrative techniques.

Each client is met as their own individual. We tailor every session to reflect your sepcifc needs, experiences and goals. Our work may include approaches such as Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS/Parts Work), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Somatic or mindfulness-based practices to support deeper, core-rooted healing.

What We Help You Understand

We believe that when you understand trauma, you begin to finally understand yourself. Our role is to help you make sense of your experiences - why certain patterns show up, why your body responds the way it does and how your past may still be impacting your present. Through this awareness, healing becomes more accessible and less overwhelming.
